“park”

Someday, I want to try to create a place like a park.

There would be many children in the park in the early afternoon.

Children raising their voices and frolicking,
A businessman taking a brief break,
An old couple strolling,
A young person sitting, reading on a bench,
And a boy, after the ball in the basketball court, chasing,
Lovers enjoying each other’s comments.

At night, young folks with nowhere to go gather;
The place becomes one the homeless people come, to warm their freezing bodies for the night.

Then morning comes again, with the sound of children.

The park is regarded as a place for a rest from day to day, a place to escape from severe reality;
Those people gather to rest their wings.
The situation is like that of a church, taking its root from a Western country a long time ago.

The people who gather to pray in the church, on the day of Sunday service,
Think, through praying, of forgetting day to day hardships in their lives.
Then, I think that those going out to the park in the above manner
Are pulling themselves together

By sneaking away, from day to day busyness, a little bit, moving their bodies, reading, etc…
But nowadays it is hard, for all people, to believe in one religion or one something and share it,
So, for this reason, they might think that a place like a park,
Where each and every thing can be as it is, in one place, and not just one thing, is an ideal place.

I think that a modern church is a place similar to such a park.

Someday, I want to try to create an exhibition, by decorating pictures to such a place, like a park, with light shining, with birds chirping,

To let there be pictures drawn by light in the church.

Then I want not only that there are pictures in the church but also that hymns are sung and that there are the Bibles;
I want that there is music in the place and that each person coming has his own story.

” To the park with smiling someday.. ”

Until that day comes, I want to keep on drawing pictures of the small park, one sheet at a time.
